Good Cashier is a point-of-sale service operated by Mekong Dragon Inc. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

We collect account details, store setup data, transaction records, and technical logs required to run Good Cashier services.

We use information to provide POS features, maintain security, process billing, and improve service reliability.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted infrastructure providers only when needed to operate the service.
4. Data Security
We apply technical and organizational controls to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on Good Cashier servers. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe privacy policy.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your business data for as long as your account is active. You can request data export or account deletion at any time by emailing us; we delete personal data within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain it.
