Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
Good Cashier is a service operated by Mekong Dragon Inc. By using Good Cashier, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account access, device security, and the accuracy of business data entered into the system.
3. Service Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Good Cashier offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid plans cost USD $8.00 per store location per month, billed as a recurring monthly subscription. Payment is charged at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe, and renews automatically each month until canceled. The price and billing terms are always shown before you confirm a purchase. Charges appear on your card statement as GOODCASHIER.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access to paid features until that date, and no further charges are made after it.
6. Refunds
Monthly fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where a refund is required by law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Cashier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
